What is the warranty timeline?

The warranty for your specific chair or furniture item is based on the year your item was purchased.  Please note that proof of purchase is required for validation of the warranty. The current warranty for seating other than our KOPLUS line is: three (3) years for parts.  The KOPLUS line of seating is Lifetime Warranty.  For specific inquiries, please contact our customer service department at: 843-903-6976.

What is the weight limit on my chair?

All of our chairs are tested to BIFMA standards. Our chairs have a weight limit up to 300 lbs, unless otherwise stated.  Please refer to your warranty sheet for weight limits on your chair.

My caster broke and I would like to know how to replace the caster from the base?

Please call our customer service department to request new casters. We suggest that all 5 casters be replaced. Pull the old caster from the base hole and once removed replace with the new caster.

When will I receive my replacement parts?

Please email or call customer service for parts. After contacting customer service, you will be given a tentative date of arrival for your parts and an email with tracking information. Contact us at 843-903-6976 or 866-857-7864.

What is bonded leather?

Bonded leather is a manufactured leather-fiber material with specific properties that make it look like genuine leather. Bonded leather is manufactured from genuine leather straps and shaving from tanneries.

How should the chair be cleaned?

While we do not recommend a particular cleaning product, we suggest that you use mild soap and water with a cloth to clean your chair.

Where are the assembly instructions?

For chairs, the assembly instructions are located inside the back cushion plastic bag.  For furniture, the assembly instructions are located on the top of the product inside the box.

8.

How do I get my chair to lean backwards?

Our chairs are designed to tilt backwards.  Pull the handle out that is located on your right side while seated and push back.  This will allow the chair to lean or tilt back.

9.

How do I attach the gas lift?

The gas lift is inserted into the seat plate hole located behind the tension knob control.

10.

My chair does not go up and down, what do I do for repair?

Please call our Customer Service team and let them know you are having an issue with the gas lift.  The chair will no longer raise-up and you would like to request a new gas lift shipped to you.
